How To Access The Online Portal
Welcome Email
When you first get started with B1 Communications, you will receive a welcome email from our system. It will look like this and will give you access to setup your online portal password, and voicemail PIN.
Welcome Email If you have not received your Welcome Email, check your spam folder. You can also request your IT provider 'white list' emails from system@portal.b1communications.ca Still can't find it? Request a new Welcome email. Contact your account manager or support.
Web Browser Access
Not Required - However we recommend using the Chrome Web Browser.
1. Visit our website at https://b1communications.ca and select "Portal Login' at the top right side of our website.
2. We suggest you 'Bookmark' this website by selecting the Star at the top of your web browser.
3. The Login User is included in your welcome email. It's your extension number @ Company Name. Be sure not to include .com or .ca as this is not a website address.
4. Enter the password you created.
Password Reset If you forgot your password, you can select 'Forgot Password' and an email will be sent. ALternatively, you can Contact Your Account Manager or Support for a new Welcome Email which will reset your password.
