Enable & Access Voicemail Transcription

Voicemail Transcriptions are such a great tool to quickly understand a voicemail message and respond accordingly.


Enable Voicemail Transcriptions

1. Log into your manager portal.

2. Select Users from the top navigation.

3. Select the user you wish to enable Transcription for.

4. Select Voicemail in the sub-menu of the user.

5. Enable or Disable Voicemail Transcriptions.

Access Voicemail Transcriptions

You can access voicemail transcriptions in several places. 


1. Voicemail to Email - This is what that email looks like:

2. Webphone - On the left hand navigation. Select Voicemail messages and see the transcription.

3. User Portal. If you are in the manager portal, simply select your name on the top right side of the screen and select 'My Account."


Transcription Accuracy
Although Voicemail Transcription is very accurate, sometimes things like telephone numbers, addresses or difficult names are prone to error. We suggest listening to the voicemail message for those details.
