- The area code and location of your new telephone number
We will provide several options to choose from, and once confirmed, your new telephone number will be associated to your account and operational.
For our Lower Mainland customers, there is a shortage of 604 area code telephone numbers. We may only have 778 or 236 numbers available.
Considerations for your new telephone number
- Where do callers go when they dial the new number? Should it be directed to a specific user, ring group, call queue or auto attendant?
- Would you like to setup a timeframe for your new number? (open, closed, holiday, etc)
- Would you like the new number associated to any users outbound call display?
The standard price for additional telephone numbers is $4.95 per month. We do offer bulk discounts and you may be entitled to a lower rate. Contact your account manager for details.
Timeline to Port a telephone number
Telephone number porting takes between 5 days and 2 weeks. This timeline is only an estimate and can change based on your previous carriers response to our port request. They may reject our request for a number of reasons which may result in further delays.
