The best approach for non-urgent support is sending our team an email. That way, we'll have a record of your request and can follow up with you once we've taken care of your request. We also welcome phone calls, particularly when there is a complex issue that requires detailed explanation or understanding.

For Urgent Support

Please skip the email and call our team. We monitor emails, but phone calls are best if you are experiencing critical issues or an outage. We want to address any critical issues or outages immediately and a phone call is the best approach to receive a rapid response.

For Billing & Payments

We accept credit card and pre-authorized debit as payment methods. Your invoice will be generated on the 1st or 15th of each month and will include a link to update your payment method

Standard Phone Support Hours

Our phone support is open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm PST. If we can't get to your call right away, we offer a rapid voicemail response. Instead of waiting on-hold, we will call you back within 30 minutes. 


Emergency After-Hours Support
We offer 24/7 emergency after-hours support. This service is limited to outages or major interruptions.
