Disable Voicemail For Specific Users

Voicemail is enabled by default for all users. It might make sense to disable voicemail for specific phones or users if you use a general voicemail, or the phones aren't directly associated to anyone specific (warehouse phone or conference phone)


Disable Voicemail

1. Log into your Manager Portal.

2. Select 'Users' on the main menu.

3. Select the name of the user you wish to disable.

4.Select 'Voicemail" in the sub-menu of the user profile.

5. Enable/Disable Voicemail.
