Replacing or ordering a new telephone

This is a not something that can be done in the portal. You must contact your account manager to order a new phone.

It's really simple to request a new phone. Just contact your account manager or support team 


What is your reason for ordering a new phone?

1. New User

If you are expanding and require an additional user. Follow the steps as outlined in 'Request a new user.'

2. Replace A Defective Phone

If you have a defective phone, please contact your account manager or support team to report the issue and provide the extension number associated. If you purchased the phone, you will be charged the retail cost of a new phone. If you are leasing your phone equipment, we will replace your phone free of charge.

3. Phone Swap

You wish to switch your basic phone model for an upgrade, or your desk phone to a cordless phone. Either way, our team will swap out your phone. If there is a difference in price, we will communicate prior to the swap. Depending on inventory levels, this typically takes one week, but we will communicate a more accurate timeline upon your request.

Accessories

If you are looking to purchase an accessory, we offer reception consoles, Wifi dongles, Bluetooth dongles and wall mounts for your telephones. 

Our team would be happy to make recommendations, however we do not sell headsets or other VoIP or networking equipment.
