Changing Time Zone of Users

It's important that your users time zone is set correctly to ensure their call history, and voicemail messages indicate the correct time.

By default user time zones are set as Pacific Standard Time for Vancouver.

Update timezone of users

1. Log into your manager portal

2. Select the User you wish to manage.

3. Select the Timezone setting of the user.
