Manage Voicemail to Email For Users

Voicemail to email is an amazing feature that turns your voicemail messages into emails. Including a Wave formatted recording of the voicemail message, the callers telephone number, date and time. You can even Enable Voicemail Transcriptions.


Enable/Disable voicemail to email

This feature is enabled by default.

1. Log into your manager portal.

2. Select Users on the top navigation bar

3. Select the name of the user you wish to manage.

4. Select "Voicemail" in the sub-menu of the user

 5. Scroll down to the bottom of the Voicemail menu options under the header 'Notifications"

After Email Notification
If you enable voicemail to email, all messages will be emailed to the inbox listed on the main user profile. 

You have the option of automatically deleting voicemails from the phone system as you get them via email. The "Move to trash" option will ensure that your voicemail box is never full. Meaning callers won't be able to leave a voice message. 

Deliver voicemail to multiple email addresses

You can send voicemail messages to multiple email addresses.

1. Select "Profile" under the submenu of the user. 

2. Scroll down to the email address and select the + icon to add another email address.
