Manage Your Voicemail Greeting

There are two ways to manage and update your voicemail greeting.

Desk Phone Update

1. Press the Voicemail button on your phone

2. Enter your Voicemail PIN. The default PIN is 1234. Need your Voicemail Pin Reset?

3. Press 6 to manage greetings

4. Press 1 to record greetings

5. Enter the number of greeting you wish to record, press 1

6. Press # When you finish recording your greeting

7. Press 1 to activate your greeting

1. Log into your online portal.

2. Select "Messages" on the top navigation.

3. Select 'Settings" on the submenu.

4. Under the heading "Greetings" select "Voicemail Greeting icon.

5. You have three options to create your voicemail message.

1. Text to Speech - Using our AI Voice, type your message, select the voice, and select 'Save.'

2. Upload - Record a greeting on your mobile phone or another device, and upload the recording.

3. Record - Select "Call" and the system will dial your extension or another number to record your greeting.

Only Create One Greeting
If you create multiple greetings, callers will hear each of your recordings one by one.
