There are two ways you can manage your voicemail greeting. The online portal, and your desk phone.

Press the Voicemail button on your phone

Enter your Voicemail PIN. The default PIN is 1234. If you need this reset, it can be done in the online portal.

Press 6 to manage greetings

Press 1 to record greetings

enter the number of greeting you wish to record, press 1. 

Record Greeting

Press 1 to activate the greeting. You can then listen to the greeting.
