Do not send an email. If you are experiencing an urgent issue, call our team. We want to address any critical issues or outages immediately and a phone call is the best approach to receive a rapid response.

For Billing & Payments

We accept credit card and pre-authorized debit as payment methods. Your invoice will be generated on the 1st or 15th of each month and will include a link to update your payment method.
